The Skills Programme: Workplace Preparation is a credit-bearing programme at NQF Level 2 (30 credits) registered with the Services SETA. It prepares learners for employment by developing essential workplace skills – communication, professional conduct, time management, teamwork and workplace etiquette – giving them the confidence and competence to succeed from day one.
This programme is ideal for new entrants to the job market, young people on youth development programmes and individuals preparing for learnerships. It provides a structured foundation that bridges the gap between education and employment.
As a short, credit-bearing programme, Workplace Preparation builds the foundational competencies that employers expect, equipping learners with the professional skills and workplace awareness needed to thrive in any industry.
